Planning..planning...planning...pening..pening...pening...

I had been told that to keep a planner to record all the necessary planning, notes and accounts.

Now my planner had become a Yellow pages, ledger statement and lots of Post-it notes

But, don't quite know where to begin. Too much information to digest.

Ideally, almost everybody wants a beautiful, grand, over-the-top wedding

But, not everybody could afford that much

Thus, we are to spend accordingly (ukur baju di badan sendiri). Still we can't shake the idea of having the wedding of your dreams at modest sum. The effort to achieve that takes many splitting headaches, sleepless nights, frequent enquiries and calculator has become your best friend.

Still, how meaningful your wedding would be being you did them yourself with the support from your beloved family.

Then again, I have just getting started. Bring It On, baby!!!!!!

Days till our engagement day

The date was set since May through a 'merisik' ceremony. Pre-negotiation was done then. 

Among were: Date of engagement, no of hantaran, amount of $$ hantaran. The rest were chit chat.

4 months down the line, its 4 days till the agreed date.

can't wait for the day. don't get me wrong!!....Apart from psyched of having a big day for me, I am very much look forward seeing relatives whom I have not seen in a long time. They come all the way from Ipoh, Klang, KL as well as relatives to be from JB

 

Hello

Suddenly I had the urge to start a blog. Got so much in my mind that I had felt the need to put it in writting.

Don't worry. Nothing wacky. Just some thoughts, hopes and dreams.

For some who knows me, I'm counting days till my big day in January 2011. 

That's 4 months away but the amount of work needed are like...LOTSSSSS!!!!..However, thank god for my army of makciks and pakciks who are cool and always on top of everything.

Thats that. I have to mention about the 4 days counting till my engagement day. I'm so looking forward to the day when both families meet and get together. Our house will be loud, hectic and crowded but not short of love and well thoughts.
